ABOUT THE YOUNG REPUBLICAN NETWORK

Unlike other websites and organizations, this system is the result of technology developed by Republican activists for the purpose of promoting Republican activists, empowering Republican campaigns, and advancing Republican club development.  We realize, like you, that there are Google web tools, facebook, ning, and the blogosphere.  The network is not intended to replace those resources - though we do want to replace ning! -  but to work with and incorporate them as part of a comprehensive communications and engagement plan.  What makes our network unique is that it is specifically designed to help us build strong clubs that are campaign focused and issues driven.  What's best about this is that as we continue to move forward and advance these tools we're pushing towards what we consider Conservative "technology independence".  Google, facebook, and ning are owned and run by Liberals.  We can’t avoid using their resources but if we're smart we can work towards building our own content management systems and social resources.

"Nothing good that is worthwhile comes easy. Through the work, feedback, and contributions of hundreds of people we continue to mature the network and prepare for current and future campaign cycles.  All of us who use or advanced the network are in this for the success of the Republican Party, the success of Republican campaigns, and the preservation of our great country!" - Moshe Starkman

Those who fight against Second Amendment rights cite statistics about gun violence, as if such numbers are evidence enough that our rights should be restricted. But Chicago and Washington DC, the two cities from which came the most recent Supreme Court decisions on Second Amendment rights, had some of the most restrictive laws in the nation, and also some of the highest rates of violent crime. Gov. Christie (R-NJ) is not afraid to say it like it is, even in the face of the self-righteous.
Information and or resources should we list on the home page of the network? Right now, as you're seeing it, it's a national news, video, and blog feed with access to your state on the right. But could we offer more value to you if we modified the home page?

Jeffrey LaPorte comments on the recent court order against parts of the Arizona Law and the Liberal Ideology.
Moshe Moshe: I like your point about the Liberals celebrating the status quo in Arizona. For a Party that's bent on painting the Republicans as obstructionists, it's interesting to see them achieve the same end. HOWEVER, check out the difference in means. We use the elected legislative process to determine legislation where they, Liberal fascists, use the courts to get their way. Interesting, no? respond to Moshe's comment

With less than 100 days until the midterm elections, American voters would give the edge to Republicans by an 11 percentage-point margin if the Congressional election were today. Yet a majority doesn't think a Republican takeover of Congress would lead to positive change.
