Its 2009, right now. An off year. No ones mind is really focused on politics or policy. For those of you that line up on my side of the aisle, the liberty lovers, the freedom fighters, we're down right now. We've just suffered a huge defeat and no one can deny it. We lost. But in a short year we're back to the fight. Only we have to choose the manor in which we will return. It's half-time baby.

My first two years of high school I played football. Unfortunately I was a 5'9" 165lbs Center on the line, so when I transferred from a AA school to a AAAA school I had to face the grim reality the football career was over. Those two years were some good years though. In those 2 years we went 17-3. Not too bad.

Of those 3 games, two of them we were winning going into half time. Of those 17 games we were down going into half time 8 of them. How you come out of the huddle at half decides what the final score board is going to say.

The TIMES feature article this week was about the death of the party, not to mention Olberman, Madow, and every liberal pundit, is doing everything they can to convince Republicans that the fight is lost.

Everywhere I go and in every speech I make, I say that Republicans are making a comeback, and the saddest thing is that half the time its the Republicans who don't believe that just as much as the democrats.

And if that's our mentality we deserve to lose the second half.

But there is still time for a rally! And that's what I'm asking from everyone I know who loves freedom as much as I do. That we stand up and say "HERE WE ARE AND WERE NOT GOING AWAY" and that we go on the offensive. That every republican in this state and nation, speak loudly with one unified voice, and tell the liberals, oppressors and liberty haters, they can take their, taxes, their cameras, their assault on the family, they can take their socialism and they can take their United Nations and they can "SHOVE IT UP THEIR ASS!!!!! "

Now maybe its just me, maybe I'm too committed, maybe I just need to go away, maybe I should learn to lose a little better.

I don't think its just me, I pretty sure there are some of our out there who love freedom as much as me. If you're one of those people, stand up, join me in the huddle, get loud, and lets get ready to hit that field like we never have before!
