Republican Presidential candidate Rick Santorum says that Michele Bachmann was right when she stated that  Paul would be a dangerous Commander-in-Chief. Santorum has always taken issue with  Paul over his foreign policy, but his words resonate even more with voters.

It wasn’t long ago when DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz urged we all adopt a “New Tone of Civility” in the aftermath of the Gabrielle Giffords shooting.  Elevated discourse and respectful debate would be the new standard, except of course, for her political allies. Debbie’s latest must-see tv moment came earlier today on Fox and Friends, when Debbie dodged not once, not twice, but three times when asked about Jimmy Hoffa Jr’s call to “take out these sons of bitches,”‘aka the Tea Party, about as blatant a violation of the “new tone of civility” as you’re gonna hear.

Bachmann discussed the possibility of Governor Sarah Palin entering the race (2:52 min), teased the notion of possibly putting Senator Marco Rubio ticket, and questioned Ron Paul’s position that the United States has no business intervening with Iran’s aspirations to develop a deliverable nuclear weapon.

Senator Marco Rubio took some out of his August vacation to lend his support to the 2nd annual Dolphin Cycling Challenge at SunLife Stadium, a fundraising event that benefits the University of Miami/Sylvester Cancer Center. After the event, Rubio fielded several questions, including ones that asked about Ron Paul’s recent statements about Cuba as well the current University of Miami football/Nevin Shapiro scandal that has cast a dark cloud over the school and its football program.

The Karen Harrington for Congress campaign released its first campaign ‘attack’ video named “Debbie Does Debt”, a broadside against DNC Chair and Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.  The 37 second clip highlights the Debbie’s recent appearance at a Politico forum where Debbie and her Party took ownership of the current state of the economy.

Just a few nights ago, Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul stated that he did not have a problem with Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon because ‘everyone else already has one’ at the Presidential Debate in Iowa.  This assertion did not sit well with Congressman Allen West (R-FL), as he expressed his strong disagreement with Paul’s statement during a Tea Party social event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Paul’s McGovernite-inspired foreign policy signals just how disconnected he is to the reality of Iran the mortal threat it poses to the United States and the world. 

At a Fort Lauderdale Tea Party social, one of Congressman Allen West’s constituents recalled a moment in Congressman West’s D.C. office where West was able to convince his friend (a former staunch supporter of DNC Chair Congresswoman Wasserman-Schultz) to become a Republican with just four simple words. House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan: "We can no longer let politicians in Washington deny the danger to Medicare - the danger is all too real, and the health of our nation's seniors is far too important. We have to save Medicare to avoid disruptions in benefits for current seniors, and to strengthen the program for future generations. House Republicans have put forward a plan to do just that. Democratic leaders in Congress have failed to produce a plan - it has been 755 days since Senate Democrats even passed a budget.
